Nicholson Hardware

It's an old fashioned hardware store with (gasp) actual customer service. Like helpful, knowledgeable people behind the counter (refreshing). Try getting that at a big box store....good luck.

I had window screens repaired this year and last year a basement window repair. They are but far the most reasonably priced place to get repairs and they know what they are doing. Their repairs are so fast. Some places I called before I went to Nicholson's was a few months out. The longest wait at Nicholson was 2 weeks I was told and I had mine back the same week I dropped them off. I can't say enough about the customer service. Friendly , helpful and most importantly knowledgeable. Thank you for giving us quality service 🙏

Nicholson Hardware is great! I was looking for casters to fit an old tool chest, and they had some that would work. When I can't find something near where I live, they almost always have it. And the service there is very helpful and friendly.

It doesn't get more old school or reliable than our neighborhood hardware store has outlived them all and still give Big Box stores a run for their money excellent job 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

A couple of weeks ago I had an issue with my riding zero turn mower from Husqvarna. I went in knowing roughly which pieces of the machine I needed to have replaced, and spoke with Trevor behind the tool counter who advised me on which parts I would need to order. order. when the parts came in, he mentioned to me that he took the liberty of ordering a set of bolts that "normally break off when they are removed" and added a set of the four mounting screws to go along with it. he then told me that if he I didn't need the bolts that I would be able to return them. as it would turn out, I was removing the third bolt and as I was backing out it snapped off inside the housing. it didn't prevent me from completing the repair, but if I hadn't had the bolts that he ordered from his experience in the field, I would have been waiting a lot longer for the pieces needed to complete the job. This is exactly why I go to Nicholson hardware, their guys always have the experience to know what troubles you might run into along the way, and they proactively work to your benefit. They're not always the best price, but they have the best staff, with absolutely the best advice. I'm always willing to pay
